Warranties with respect to the Device
Mevics warrants that the Device will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery
following the original retail purchase
If the Device fails to conform to this Device Limited Warranty during the
Warranty Period, Mevics will, at its sole discretion, accept the return of the Device and
refund the money actually paid by the original purchaser for the Device.
To return an item, you must first request a return authorization by emailing
us at info@mevics.com to request a return
authorization. We will not refund or exchange any
product that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Your warranty will only cover manufacturing defects. It does not cover
regular
wear and tear, including but not limited to, breakage due to abuse, cosmetic damage, dents
and chips, improper usage, water damage, or other causes attributable to events outside the
manufacturing process.
30-Day Return Policy
In case, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase purchased via this
website,for any reason we offer a full 30 day (from the date of purchase) money back
guarantee.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 30

You must return the Product to Mevics to receive a refund. Returned Product(s) must
be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories
originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

The RMA number must be included along with your returned product.
All returns MUST: be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing
material, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer's boxes, and contain all blank
warranty cards, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete
returns may be returned to sender or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
No Mevics reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification,
extension, or addition to this warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable,
the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
